This Week 4 matchup will be etched in the history books, marking the Cowboys’ first tie since the 1969 season and going down as the second-highest scoring tie in NFL history. It was a true Wild West shootout where neither team could land the knockout blow.
The game was a relentless seesaw battle, particularly in the fourth quarter and overtime. Quarterback Dak Prescott and the Cowboys’ offense showed grit, with a late go-ahead touchdown pass to Jalen Pickens giving Dallas a brief lead. Rookie kicker Brandon Aubrey then provided the temporary advantage in overtime with a 22-yard field goal.
